Straight answers on GPU colocation, power and how we work. Don't see yours? Email contact@ldadvisors.ai.
A colocation advisor finds and negotiates data center space and power for a tenant. LD Advisors scopes your GPU deployment, takes it to operators with matching capacity, confirms power dates and cooling, and helps negotiate terms through move-in.
Yes. Neoclouds deploying their own GPUs are a core part of what we do, from first racks to 20 MW+ in one site. See colocation for neoclouds.
Anything from a single rack to 20 MW+, for neoclouds, AI labs and physical AI companies.
Colocation for hardware you own, unless you ask for rental too. A lot of advertised capacity is compute rental on the provider's GPUs, so we confirm the model with each provider before a site reaches your shortlist.
Your IT load (MW or rack count) is enough to start. It helps to add kW per rack, cooling type, preferred markets, target date and term. If some of it isn't settled, we'll work it out with you on the first call.
The same business day. Vetted options usually follow in about five business days once the requirement is scoped.
Not without your permission. We can take your requirement to operators anonymously and share details only under NDA.
We source nationwide. See our market pages for capacity and vacancy in the eight primary markets, or tell us your latency, power and budget limits and we'll suggest markets that fit.
No. We work with listings of any size, from a few cabinets to multi-megawatt halls and powered shells.
Location, available MW and the energization date to start. Maximum density, cooling, tier, carrier options and minimum term help us match faster.
No. We send the scoped requirement first. If you want to pursue it, we set up an NDA and make the introduction.
Before an introduction we confirm load, density and cooling, the hardware and whether it's ordered, the date power is needed, the term they can sign, and who makes the decision.
HPE lists 132 kW nominal per rack and recommends provisioning busway for 192 kW. Read our GB300 rack requirements guide.
Yes, that's our focus. These racks need direct-to-chip liquid cooling and over 100 kW per rack. We only bring back sites that can support that density, with a confirmed energization date.
It's the date utility power is live and the hall can carry your load. Space without a confirmed date can slip by months, so we confirm it before we present a site.
Colocation rents you racks, power and cooling for hardware you own. A powered shell is an energized building you fit out yourself. GPU-as-a-service rents you the GPUs too. See our comparison.
A coolant distribution unit. It moves coolant through the racks' cold plates and transfers the heat to the building's facility water loop. Liquid-cooled GPU racks need one, in-row or in the hall.
We'll come back the same business day. Details stay under NDA, and we can take your requirement to operators anonymously.

Got it. Your requirement is in.
We'll reply the same business day. If you'd like an NDA in place first, say so in your reply and we'll send ours.
That didn't go through. Email contact@ldadvisors.ai and we'll pick it up from there.
