FOR DATA CENTER OPERATORS

Qualified AI tenants for your capacity.

AI demand is real, but most inbound leads aren't ready. We bring scoped requirements from tenants with hardware plans, timelines, and budgets.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Energized or near-term capacity
  • Liquid cooling, or a clear path to it
  • Clear power delivery dates
  • Flexibility on term and ramp
HOW LISTING WORKS
  • 01 — Share your capacity under NDA
  • 02 — We match it against active requirements
  • 03 — We introduce qualified tenants only

Confidentiality: we never share site details without your sign-off.

WHAT TENANTS ASK FIRST

When is the power real?

For AI tenants, a confirmed energization date matters more than the headline MW. We trace it back to the utility and substation before we put your site in front of anyone.

BEFORE ANY INTRODUCTION

You only hear about tenants who are ready to deploy.

Most AI capacity inquiries stall because the basics aren't settled. We settle them before your team spends time on a tour or a proposal.

  • ✓Load: IT load in MW or rack count, and how it ramps.
  • ✓Density and cooling: kW per rack, and air, rear-door or direct-to-chip liquid.
  • ✓Hardware: the GPU platform, and whether it is ordered, financed or planned.
  • ✓Timing: the date they need power, and how firm it is.
  • ✓Term and budget: contract length they can sign, and a realistic range.
  • ✓Decision-makers: who signs, and who needs to tour.

What helps us place your capacity

Location, available MW, and the energization date are enough to start. It also helps to know whether that date is confirmed by the utility or still an estimate, the maximum density each hall supports, the cooling in place or planned, tier and redundancy, carrier options, and your minimum term.

Listings of any size are welcome, from a few cabinets to a full campus.

OPERATOR FAQ

Questions operators ask us.

Is there a minimum size to list capacity?

No. We work with listings of any size, from a few cabinets to multi-megawatt halls and powered shells.

Will you publish our site or share it widely?

No. We don't post listings. We share your capacity only with tenants whose requirement fits, and only after checking with you.

How does an introduction work?

We send you the scoped requirement first: load, density, cooling, timing and term, with the tenant's name held back if they prefer. If you want to pursue it, we set up an NDA and make the introduction.

What if our energization date is still an estimate?

List it anyway and tell us how firm it is. Tenants plan around power dates, so we present estimated and confirmed dates differently and never round one up into the other.

Which types of capacity do tenants ask for?

Colocation halls and private cages, liquid-cooled high-density space, white space, and energized powered shells. See the full FAQ for how these differ.

LIST YOUR CAPACITY

Tell us what you have.

We reply the same business day and put a mutual NDA in place before anything about your site is shared.

Thanks. Your capacity is logged.

We'll reply the same business day. When a tenant requirement matches your site, we'll check with you before making any introduction.

That didn't go through. Email contact@ldadvisors.ai and we'll pick it up from there.
